Products and Materials

What materials do you use?

We mainly work with PLA, PETG and ABS. For parts requiring greater thermal or mechanical resistance we use technical materials such as ASA or Nylon.

Are the parts suitable for exterior vehicle use?

Yes, for exterior parts we recommend ASA or PETG, which offer good UV and weather resistance.

What dimensional tolerance do you work to?

We work to tolerances of ±0.2 mm under standard conditions. For higher precision, please consult us before ordering.

Orders and Custom Parts

Can I order a custom part not in the catalogue?

Yes. Request it from the Print your design page, attaching your 3D file or describing the part you need. We will send a quote within 24 hours.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ and STEP. Write to us if you have a different format.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Catalogue orders can be cancelled before production. Custom parts cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes.

Shipping and Returns

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout Spain and to the main EU countries.

How long does delivery take?

Catalogue products: 3 to 5 working days. Custom parts: as stated in the quote.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, for every order. Provide your company details in the billing section if you need a business invoice.
